That was a bit of an up-and-down day, albeit not in any particularly dramatic way. Stayed in bed until about 10, having the most fantastic dreams (up). I’m wondering if this comes from the combination of beer, cheese and curry the previous night; if so, I’ll have to repeat it! I would have written about them, but they were mostly nonsensical, half-forgotten and totally non-worksafe – so you got a crap two-liner about exams instead. Ha!

Planned to drop my broken bike in for fixing and then head off for brunch with feanelwa by bus – but the bus didn’t arrive for 25 minutes (down), and in that time they’d fixed the bike. Meh buses.

But yay feanelwa (up); more proof that you can have fascinating conversations with people iff you do it outside of clubs. Yurts and activism and Jo’s usual super-niceness are all inspiring, and make me happy 😀

Then spent a lethargic afternoon doing nothing but inadvertently offending people on livejournal(down). Then about 6 I had a burst of energy from about 6 (up), set up a spurl account, and started categorising news articles about Iraq. With any luck this will make me just a bit less lost in the sea of mostly-useless information, and might even lead to me Getting Things Written for the first time in months. Well, I can dream, can’t I?

Now putting on my goth-suit and heading for the Calling. I’m not really in the mood for it, but it’s the last one for a month, and I know if I don’t go I’ll kick myself on the coming days when all I want is to get drunk and sway gently on the dancefloor (up or down? I don’t know).
